GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL CELL
The aim of Grievance Redressal cell is:-
(a) To attend to grievances of serving/retired on all service and allied matters.
(b) To attend to grievances of widows/NOKs of deceased on all matters.
Set-up
Redressal of grievances of service personnel is done at all levels of command, through Nodal officer appointed at each level.
